Mahoutokoro - Ogasawara Island

The moving forest, that's what the resident of Mahoutokoro Magic School calls the tortoises that inhabit the island. The gentle beast moves very slowly, sometimes the biggest of them can creep behind group of wizards without being noticed.

Senior classman Hideo is patrolling around the islands around Iwo-jima (where Mahoutokoro is) to inform there will be imminent thunderstorm.
